NetNet Documentation — NET Token, Staking & Protocol Mechanics

Official NetNet documentation for NET on Robinhood Chain. Learn protocol mechanics, staking and sNET rewards, treasury backing, NAV, fees, credit, bonds and NetNet programs.

Prospectus-styled technical documentation. Not an offer of securities and not investment advice.

Prospectus for the NetNet Reserve Fund (NET)

NetNet Capital Management issues NET, a reserve-backed token on Robinhood Chain. This documentation is the technical and operational reference for the protocol: staking and sNET distributions, treasury backing, NAV, bond pricing, credit markets, program mechanics, fees and risk disclosures.

What this documentation covers

The documentation separates the NetNet brand site, the live staking application and the protocol reference. Use netnet.exchange for the public NetNet overview, app.netnet.exchange for staking and shareholder actions, and these docs for the rules and mechanics behind the system.

Core NetNet concepts

NET is the base token. Treasury reserves are denominated primarily in USDG, NAV is the protocol's backing-per-token measure, and staking converts a NET position into the protocol's distribution system represented by sNET. The interface uses 8-hour distribution epochs and publishes live reserve and staking metrics.

Standing disclosure

These pages describe protocol mechanics and program terms. They are not investment advice. Where a live interface, contract state and written documentation disagree, verify the current on-chain state before signing a transaction.
