The founding subscription is preserved as a historical record. The original offering used USDG, had a fixed founding price of 3 USDG per NET, a 50,000 USDG hard cap and a 5-day linear vest after finalization.

Why the offering matters

Finalization seeded the initial treasury and canonical NET/USDG liquidity while enabling the operating protocol. The founding terms are not the current market price and should not be presented as an active sale.

Day-one backing

The offering documentation describes a day-one NAV around 2.4 USDG per NET before subsequent reserve growth. Live NAV should always be read from current on-chain state rather than inferred from the historical launch arithmetic.
