NetNet Risk Factors

Risk Factors documentation for NetNet (NET) on Robinhood Chain. Official mechanics, terms, risks and related protocol references.

Documentation reference only. Verify live protocol state and transaction details before signing.

Liquidity and market-price risk

NET can trade above or below its reserve backing. A thin pool can amplify price impact, and the 5% trading fee described by the protocol adds friction to market entry and exit.

Smart-contract and oracle risk

NetNet relies on smart contracts, price oracles, AMM liquidity and external protocols such as Morpho. A fail-closed design can stop operations when required conditions are not met, but it does not eliminate software or integration risk.

Staking-rate risk

The 8-hour staking rate is variable. A displayed annualized number is not a guaranteed yield because the underlying epoch rate can change as the market premium over backing changes.

Program-specific risk

Credit, leveraged positions, prediction markets and game programs have risks beyond simply holding NET. Review the documentation for the specific desk before using it.
