NetNet Treasury, NAV & NET Backing

Treasury & NAV documentation for NetNet (NET) on Robinhood Chain. Official mechanics, terms, risks and related protocol references.

Documentation reference only. Verify live protocol state and transaction details before signing.

NET backing and NAV

NAV is the protocol's backing-per-NET measure. The public NetNet site displays live market price, NAV, premium, reserves, supply and staked supply so market value can be compared with reserve value.

USDG reserves

The treasury holds USDG and uses Morpho as part of the reserve deployment policy. The protocol also owns liquidity and uses documented accounting rules when calculating reserve value.

Buyback program

If NET trades below the applicable backing threshold, the protocol's inverse-bond mechanism can bid for NET and retire purchased supply. This is the mechanism referred to publicly as the Buyback Program.

RWA sleeve

Tokenized-equity holdings acquired through program activity are disclosed separately from the on-chain reserve backing used to calculate NAV. The documentation distinguishes the RWA Sleeve from the reserve portfolio behind NET.
